Business first. Technology second. Results, always.

Bring me the business problem. You do not need to know what software you want. I understand how your operation runs first, find what is actually broken, and only then decide whether the fix is a process, a system, or nothing new at all.

A free 30-minute strategy call

Sound familiar?

If any of this feels close to home, let's talk.

None of these is a software problem yet. Each one is a business that has outgrown the way it runs. That is usually the moment a thirty-minute conversation is worth having.

01

Stock, sales and the books never agree

Three departments, three numbers, and a buffer nobody can justify.

02

You cannot say which order or project made money

Margin shows up weeks after delivery, if it shows up at all.

03

The ERP went live and nothing changed

The software is in. The chasing, the spreadsheets and the WhatsApp approvals are still there.

04

Sales lives in one person's phone

Enquiries, follow-ups and pricing depend on who remembers. Growth stalls when they are busy.

05

A vendor is pitching a platform and you are not sure you need it

You want an opinion from someone who is not paid on that sale.

06

Growth is coming and the current setup will not carry it

A second site, a new channel, a US entity. The team already works nights to keep up.

Typically: a founder-run business of twenty to five hundred people, in manufacturing, trading, services or projects, where the owner still signs off on the systems. If that is not quite you, no harm done — I will say so on the call and point you to someone better placed.

Technology partner of Zoho, AWS and Shopify

I am an AWS, Zoho and Shopify partner. I will tell you when any of them is the wrong answer.

The diagnosis chooses the platform. Not the other way round. I am certified across Zoho, AWS and Shopify so that I can build whichever one the problem calls for, not so that I can steer you to one.

Sometimes the answer is no software. A good share of what I find is a process problem: an approval in the wrong place, a number nobody owns. When that is the case, that is the recommendation, and it costs you nothing to implement.

You do not need to arrive with a shortlist. Come with the symptom. Working out whether you need a CRM, an ERP, an AI agent, or a better Tuesday-morning meeting is the first part of my job.

The strategy call

Thirty minutes. Four things you leave with.

This is not an introductory sales call. It is the first pass of the diagnosis, and it is free because it tells us both whether there is something worth doing.

  1. Your operation, understood. How an order actually moves through your business today, from enquiry to cash, in your words.
  2. The main bottleneck, named. Usually one thing is costing more than everything else combined. We find it.
  3. A straight answer on technology. Whether software is the issue at all, and if so, which kind — without a product pitch.
  4. The next step. A process fix you can make yourself, a consulting session on one decision, or a scoped transformation my team delivers. Or nothing, if nothing is needed.

After the call, depending on what we find, it becomes a focused consulting session, an end-to-end transformation built by my team, or a Fractional CTO retainer. You will know which before you spend anything.

How I think

How I diagnose a business before recommending Zoho, an ERP, or anything else.

Named clients on request. What matters here is the shape of the work: what the owner thought the problem was, what I looked at, and what the fix turned out to be.

Manufacturing · cable extrusion

"We need a production module."

The problem as stated
Output numbers were late and the owner wanted the ERP's production module switched on.
What I looked at
Two days on the floor. Rejection was logged on paper at three extrusion lines and tallied once a month.
The insight
The rejection quantity was known. Its rupee value, with copper prices moving weekly, was not. Nobody had ever priced it.
What I recommended
Not the production module. A daily rejection log priced from the live copper rate, reviewed in the morning meeting. Twelve fields, one screen.
Outcome
The number went from invisible to the first line of the owner's day. The ERP module came later, once the process was worth automating.

Textiles · job-work processing

"Our stock keeps going missing."

The problem as stated
Grey fabric went out to four process houses and came back short. The owner suspected theft and wanted a tracking app.
What I looked at
The gate register, the process-house challans, and how the yield number was built at month end — from memory.
The insight
Nothing was being stolen. Fabric left through one gate and came back through another, against different lot numbers, and nobody reconciled the two.
What I recommended
One lot number that survives the round trip, a gate-out and gate-in step in the existing inventory system, and a yield report by process house.
Outcome
The "missing" stock reappeared in the first month. Two process houses were quietly replaced on the strength of their yield numbers.

Solar EPC · project business

"We need better project management software."

The problem as stated
Projects overran and the team wanted a tool with Gantt charts and task tracking.
What I looked at
How procurement was raised per site, when costs landed in the ledger, and when anyone first knew whether a project was profitable.
The insight
Margin only appeared after handover, weeks after the last decision that could have protected it. The schedule was not the problem; the visibility was.
What I recommended
Project-level cost capture at purchase order, not at invoice, and a weekly margin-to-date view per site. Built on the accounting system they already had.
Outcome
Site engineers began flagging overruns while they could still be stopped. The Gantt tool was never bought.

Why Ikram

Founder, consultant, architect — and the person who has also had to build it.

Most people who diagnose businesses have never run one. Most people who build systems have never had to live with the result. I have done both, and that combination is the reason a thirty-minute conversation with me tends to land on the real problem quickly.

It started with a Zoho Creator competition in 2018. I entered knowing very little, built a working app, and it landed me my first job — where the real education was not the software but the businesses it was built for. I learned how a factory books an order, how a trading firm loses margin, how a service company forgets to invoice.

Since then: freelancing across manufacturing, real estate, finance and marketing; founding Elite Tech Park in 2021 and growing it into Elite Tech Corporation; co-founding Elite Tech Global for the USA in 2025; and three hundred operations looked at from the inside. The habit has not changed since the first app: understand what the business is actually trying to do, then choose the process and the technology — never the other way round.

What I do personally, on every engagement

  • The strategy call and the diagnosis — I sit inside the operation, not in a boardroom.
  • The recommendation, in writing, including "do not buy this".
  • The solution architecture and the choice of platform, if one is needed.
  • The Fractional CTO seat: vendor decisions, roadmap, the call before the next big spend.

Problems first, technology second

Where a business leaks, from sales and finance to operations and data.

Follow one order through your business. At every hand-off there is a leak I have seen before — and only after naming it does the technology come up. Talk to me about any department and I will know where it hurts.

Before you book

Reasonable questions, answered plainly.

No. Most people describe a symptom: stock that never matches, a costing number they cannot defend, an ERP that went live and changed nothing. Working out what you actually need is the first part of the job, and it starts on the strategy call.

Especially then. A good share of what I find is a process problem, and the recommendation is a change you can make yourself. If that is the outcome, you have lost thirty minutes and gained a fix. I would rather tell you that than sell you a system.

No. A large share of my implementations run on Zoho, but many use other platforms or are custom-built on AWS, Catalyst or React, and some need no new software at all. The diagnosis decides what fits; the certifications mean I can build it properly if Zoho turns out to be the right answer.

One of four things. A process fix you make yourself. A focused consulting session on one decision or one department. A scoped digital transformation — architecture, blueprint and build — delivered by my team. Or, for businesses that want ongoing leadership, a Fractional CTO retainer. You will know which before you spend anything.

Yes. Elite Tech Global serves clients in the USA, and engagements have also run in Southeast Asia and Europe. Diagnosis and design run remotely; if on-site work is needed, my team travels.

Send me a WhatsApp or an email describing what is not working. If it is something I can help with, we book the free thirty-minute strategy call within a working day. If it is not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

The next step

Tell me what's not working.

Not which software you want. What is slow, what does not add up, what keeps you up. Thirty minutes, free, and you leave knowing what is actually wrong and what to do about it.
